URGENT - Available room in 4 bedroom apartment

One bedroom available in a 4 bed, one bath apartment in Brighton near Oak Square! The apartment is located near two bus stops, the 57 which goes to Brighton Center and Kenmore Square (to the Green Line), and the 64 which goes to Harvard/Cambridge... (the Red Line).

The apartment is located in a really friendly community/neighborhood in walking distance of Brighton Center. The area is filled with local businesses, restaurants and coffee shops, with regular arts and music-focused events.

We are 3 graduate students looking for one roommate for the 2025-2026 school year. Two of us are Emerson College students in the Publishing & Writing (MA) program and one of us is in the Northeastern University M.S. Media Advocacy program.

We are three queer women/afabs who love to watch movies and tv together and love a good Spotify jam while doing homework. There also is one cat, Fig, who is very friendly.

The bedroom offers a lot of natural light and has an attached hallway space. We are looking for someone to sign a renewed lease by February 5th at the very latest and we are open to negotiation on monthly rent prices!
