Third bedroom of 3-bed 1-bath condo in JP

A newly renovated 3-bed 1-bath condo unit on the second floor of a house in Jamaica Plain.

The unit has a sizable kitchen (with a connected pantry), living room, and dining room, plus porches in both the front and back. Each bedroom has at least...
one closet, plus additional storage space in the basement.

Heating is provided by oil, but there isn’t an AC system yet—though we intend to remedy that as soon as we can.

Alongside that situation with the AC, there are also a few other details that are planned but not quite finished yet:
• replacing our unit’s nonfunctional laundry machines in the basement
• removing that mounted microwave in the kitchen to free up the space it blocks off
• changing the interior wall colors (though we can leave your room white if you prefer!)

And on top of those internal features, the unit is in a pretty great location too. It’s within easy walking distance of the Orange Line, the 38/39 bus lines, and the Southwest Corridor Park bike path. There are also a number of different stores right around the corner, including several restaurants and at least one grocery store.

Despite being a 3-bedroom condo, we are only renting out one of the bedrooms; my cousin and I will be staying in the other two. The rent for it will be $1100/month, plus covering 1/3 of the utility bills (electric, gas, oil, and wifi).

If you are potentially interested in this unit, please reach out to strike up a conversation with us so we can get to know you a bit!
