📢 Looking for 2 Roommates – New Lease Starting Sept 2025 (Near Northeastern)



Hey everyone! 👋 My roommate and I (both male grad students at Northeastern, MIS major) are looking for 2 more people (any gender) to sign a new lease with us starting... September 1st, 2025.



The idea is to have a 4-person setup and build a place where we’re not just strangers living together, but people who can interact and make the home feel more comfortable and connected. No pressure to hang out all the time, but we’d love roommates who are friendly and chill!



🏠 ABOUT THE APARTMENT & BUILDING



This building is pretty new and super clean. It has a secure main entrance with a digital lock, a small common area, a package room (so your deliveries won’t be left outside!), and even a bike/scooter room at no extra cost.

There are quite a few NEU students and Chinese tenants in the building – when we went for a tour, 2 out of 3 units we saw were also rented by Chinese tenants, so the environment feels really safe and student-friendly.

There’s also a Tropical Foods grocery store nearby, just a short walk for everyday needs!

• 🛏️ 3 Bed / 2 Bath on the 2nd floor (1 person will live in the living room, so 2 private rooms available)

• 🛁 Bathrooms are shared by everyone – both are outside the bedrooms

• 💰 Total rent: $5,100/month

• ✅ Private rooms: ~$1,500/month (can be adjusted depending on room size)

We’re two MIS grad students at NEU – friendly, responsible, and looking for roommates who are clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

We’d like to set up a light cleaning schedule (like rotating every couple of days) just to keep the place tidy and comfortable for everyone.





🎶 LIFESTYLE & HOUSE RULES

We’re not party animals but don’t mind occasional get-togethers or having friends over – as long as we all communicate beforehand. We enjoy music too and are happy to be mindful about noise. Nothing too strict, just mutual respect and good vibes.
