Sunny top floor of a 3-bedroom apartment in Oak Square neighborhood of Brighton. In addition to the sunny bedrooms available (unfurnished), there is a furnished dining room, full kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, bathroom, and front and back... porch.

There is plenty of on-street parking nearby and one dedicated parking spot for our floor behind the apartment that we can rotate. The rent is $3150/month (split three ways) and INCLUDES HEAT, water, and a cleaning service once per month. There’s a coin-operated washer & dryer in the basement.

The YMCA is a short walk away. The #57 bus to Kenmore Square stops out front and the Oak Square express bus to downtown is in easy walking distance.

Hi! I’m looking for two other young professional or graduate student roommates to share the top floor of a triple-decker apartment in the Oak Square area of Brighton starting September 1st. I am looking for no smoking, friendly individuals who are interested in keeping a clean, quiet house. I am an incoming PhD student in the Bioengineering field and work a hybrid schedule. When I socialize, I like to have a few friends over for dinner and to play tabletop RPGs, board games, and video games.
