10 min walk to Northeastern and Kenmore T stops, 2 minute walk from Fenway... park. Great location for going out to local bars (cask n flagon, lucky strike, etc.)

Room can be partially furnished with a dresser and a bed/bed frame and has a large walk-in closet. Apartment has a large, full kitchen and a furnished living room.
