Summer Sublet (June-August) - Base of the Hill, $1200/mo

An all-male 4-person apartment at the base of Mission Hill, not more than a 10-minute walk from NEU campus and right next to both the orange line and a bus stop. We really like the location and, short of not having in-unit laundry (which is my... biggest pet peeve about the place, but there's a good laundromat down the street so it's not terrible), we have all the amenities and appliances you could dream of. Super-close access to a market and fuentes mean most snacks/essentials are easily within reach, and both the stop n shop and an assortment of restaurants are nearby as well.

I'll be leaving all of my furniture, including a desk, rugs, a comfy and sturdy bed, and a clothes hanging unit.
