Summer sublet close to campus Apartments (Sublet / Shared Housing)

Hi! I’m subletting my room for summer 1, 2, or both. The room currently has a full-sized bed with very deep drawers, a desk, a skinny dresser, a mirror (which can go on the door), and a clothes rack. I will leave all the furniture. There’s a huge... storage area under the stairs and a big coat closet by the entrance, so there is enough space to store extra bags and boxes.

The apartment is two stories and has 1.5 bathrooms shared with four roommates. There is laundry in the apartment and free! You’d have a whole kitchen cabinet and shelf on the fridge. The living room is on the upper level, with a couch, an awesome beanbag, and a TV. The bathroom/laundry is also on the upper level. The room is on the lower level, with a little sitting area outside of it, and the kitchen and dining areas are also on the lower level.
Very close to campus (5 min walk to isec, 10 min to snell) and a small corner store (Giovanni Market) right next door, like a 5 min walk from Mass Ave. orange line stop.
