Hi! I’m currently looking to sublet my single bedroom in Mission Hill (Hillside Street) for Summer 1 (May 1st to June 30th)
***Women Preferred - 3 other female Northeastern undergraduate students
Rent: $1400/month
Utilities typically ~$40/month... (electric + WiFi)
Total 4 bed/1.5 bath
Fully renovated a few years ago
~4 minute walk from Brigham Circle

Bedroom:
Lots of space - biggest bedroom in the apartment
Furnishings to remain - bed, desk, nightstand (decor and personal belongings will be removed)
Normal-sized closet (will remove my clothing/etc of course)

Bathrooms:
Full bathroom right across from the bedroom
Half bath attached to the kitchen
Lots of storage space

Kitchen:
Lots of space for cooking and food storage
Additional appliances to all remain
Plenty of cooking utensils - shouldn’t need your own
Dishwasher

Living Space:
Large living room w/ comfy couch, TV, lots of natural light
Back room connected to the kitchen with space for eating/chilling and a wonderful view of the city!

Other:
Laundry right next door (relatively inexpensive)
Well insulated apartment overall
Water included
Stop & Shop very close by
