Sublet for Private room in 2 bedroom apartment near campus!!

A gorgeous 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment! With a beautiful living room with big windows and lots of space. Newly updated kitchen with new appliances- fridge, microwave, dishwasher. With tons of cabinet space and an island perfect for sitting and... eating at. The bathroom is perfect, no complaints. My room can come not furnished at all to almost completely furnished. There is currently a queen bed in there- but if you need a bed I will substitute it out for a twin bed. Laundry is available in building. My roommate is a 5th year Northeastern female student.

Rent is 1800 a month- water and heat is included- have to pay for electricity and wifi (35)- in the summer months when my roommate and I had our window ac on max like all day haha the max electricity was I think? 65-70 total. A subletting fee is required- currently 1200 but I am hoping to get it down even lower. I also am willing to split the fee with you ! Also, this lease is available for all of the summer or even just for part of it- all of it is obviously preferred, but if you can only do it for a few months I would still be open to it!
