Looking to sublet my 400 sq ft. studio apartment on Symphony Rd. for Summer 1-2 (May 1st - Aug 31st). Apartment is on top floor in secure building, 5 min from Northeastern campus, MBTA Green Line Symphony stop, and bus stops on Mass Ave. Laundry... machines are available to tenants in basement. I am open to leaving my furniture for any potential sublets depending on what they need. Apartment has a full bathroom, kitchen with oven/stove, and a large closet with built-in mirrors.
