Renters Insurance policy required. Tenants may sign up for Folio Insurance through the tenant portal or upload own certificate on the tenant portal. Those with lapsed or cancelled policies will be auto-enrolled into Appfolio insurance policy and service fee of $10.50 will be applied. Monthly Residents Benefit Package charge will apply for those who opt into program.
