Spatious, Sunny Studio by Whole Foods

This is a lease take over for June-September! The unit is also available for September '25-September '26, so let me know if you're interested in living here for longer.

The unit has 5 windows and a bathtub in the bathroom. There is a large closet by...
the entryway. There is an oven, gas stove, and full-sized refrigerator in the kitchen, as well as ample storage space in the shelves above the refrigerator and cabinets. Aside from the tile in the kitchen and bathroom, the unit's flooring is entirely hardwood.

The building is directly across from Whole Foods, CVS, and all the stores and restaurants along Mass Ave. It is near the Symphony t-stop and an approximate 10 minute walk to Northeastern. Water and heat are included in the rent, but you will have to get electricity, internet, and gas. It is DSL/Cable ready. There is no air conditioning.

I am graduating, so also have (NOT PICTURED) a large table, full/double-sized bed frame, storage end table, a full/double-sized fold-out couch, and 4 chairs available, if interested, for no additional cost. The building has laundry in the basement, but I have a mini, plug-in washing unit that I can leave for you, as well.
