We're seeking a third female roommate for a spacious bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 2-story garden apartment in the South End.

- Furnished Summer Sublet (May ONLY): asking $1500/month. I will cover utilities as an incentive offer.

Our rent increase to $5650 ($250 more) with renewal lease starting Sept. 1
- Year Long Lease (Sep 1 - Aug 31); $1800/month. I will cover utilities
- Management requires signed lease agreement, $400 application fee, cosigner form with ID and credit report (assuming you're a student), security deposit, and last month.
- Pros: everything is furnished. You can buy the furniture from roommate who is leaving for cheap (bed, desk, chair, night stand) . You just need your personal belongings. Kitchen has all the gadgets you need to cook (air fryer, instant pot, blender, pots/pans, etc)
