Spacious bedroom in a 3-bedroom, brownstone apartment

July & August 2025 I’m subletting my private bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment in the South End of Boston. The room comes furnished with a queen-sized bed, desk, and a desk chair. There are two sizeable closets, but I will be using one for storage... . The apartment boasts an updated kitchen with appliances and a dishwasher; one and half bath; in-unit laundry; amazing central AC and heat; high ceilings; a common living area with a sofa, chairs, and a TV; and two friendly roommates. After living here for two years, I can say it's overall a great value for the price. The area has many transportation availabilities (e.g., SL4, SL5, 1, 8, CT3, and more... options to Longwood, Ruggles, Beth Israel, and more). The apartment is walking distance to the Mass Ave Orange Line stop and the Symphony Green Line stop. All roommates in this unit recently graduated from Northeastern University, so we are student-friendly and working-professional friendly (ideally ages 20-30). We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household. We are open to living with men, women, and nonbinary individuals - basically anyone who is kind, respectful, and responsible. We do not have pets - our building does not allow pets. No parking is available besides street parking. We are a generally clean household. We are reasonable about leaving a few things lying around, but we consider basic cleanliness (e.g., cleaning dishes) as an expected, common courtesy.
