Are you looking for a cozy place to stay during this summer near Northeastern?

I am subletting my room in a 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located in Roxbury Crossing from early June to late August (flexible). The room and the apartment are fully... furnished.

Location:
20 mins walking to Northeastern campus
9 mins walking to Orange Line (Roxbury Crossing station)
9 mins walking to the Bus stop
10 mins walking to the Stop & Shop
Walking distance to plenty of cafes and restaurants

Room:
The room is spacious, with two windows, allowing plenty of sunlight. It comes fully furnished, including a bed and mattress, a working desk, a chair, closet, storage spaces, individual air conditioning, and a mini fridge.

Apartment:
Shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom. High-speed internet, heating, and air conditioning are included.

Roommates:
You will be sharing the apartment with three female roommates, who are very friendly, respectful professionals in their 20s.

Rent:
The rent is $850 per month. No broker's fee, security deposit, or last month’s rent is required.

Availability:
The room is available from early June to late August, timing is flexible.
