Hi! I am looking for someone to sublet my room to for the rest of the summer. The start times are flexible, and even staying for one month would be super helpful. I am preferably looking for an undergraduate female student, as my two roommates are... also undergrad women.
The apartment is in the symphony area, so it's perfect for Northeastern and Berklee students! There are also lots of restaurants in the surrounding area and Whole Foods just across the street. There is also a Trader Joe's that's a 10-15 minute walk away.
The apartment and your bedroom will be furnished, which for the bedroom includes a bed, bed frame, desk, couch/duvet, and drawers. It's hard to see in the photos, but the kitchen includes a fridge, stovetop, oven, sink, and drawers. The lease covers heat, gas, and water. I will be covering the electricity and internet bills.
There is a laundry room for the apartment in the next building over that only people with access to the building can get to.
