Bedroom: Private room, will be furnished at time of move in.
Bathroom: Shared with housemate.
Living Spaces: The apartment is furnished, but please note that some furniture may differ from the pictures (current housemate will be moving out with their belongings). Planning on buying couch before move-in date.
Laundry: In-building laundry (basement level).
Pet: Very sweet, longhaired cat—so you must be ok with cats!
Rent: $1,250 per month, including utilities besides WiFi
