Single Bed Close to Campus!!

Hi, I am looking for an undergraduate Northeastern girl to sublet this room from May to December 2025. Summer/Fall only can be discussed but finding someone to live here May-December is most ideal.

This apartment is amazing! It is very modern with a...
dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. This room is the biggest in the apartment as well. You will live with 2 other 3rd year girls at Northeastern who are great. They are both respectful, clean, flexible people. They are looking for a roommate that is similarly an undergraduate girl at Northeastern.

The location borders the Back Bay Fens and is a short 5 minute walk to campus. This convenient location is also around the corner from Star Market, Target, and many other stores and restaurants on Boylston St.

The rent is $1745. This includes heat and water. We pay utility bills for wi-fi, gas, and electricity monthly. This is roughly $70 additional to the rent.

There will be a one time charge of $583 for security deposit that will be returned upon move-out. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!
