Roommate Wanted for Fenway Apartment

I’m an incoming Northeastern student looking for one roommate to share a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment at 1185 Boylston Street in Fenway.

The apartment has a newly updated kitchen, laundry in the building, and resident-permit street parking... available nearby. It is right by the Back Bay Fens and close to Fenway Park, restaurants, grocery stores, and the Kenmore and Hynes Green Line stations.

The location is a short walk from Northeastern, Berklee College of Music, and Emmanuel College, and is also within walking distance of Simmons, MCPHS, Wentworth, MassArt, and Boston University.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, reasonably clean, and easy to live with. Message me if you’re interested, and I can send photos and more information about the apartment and lease.
