Room Opening in Spacious 3-Bedroom Apartment

My boyfriend and I are looking for a clean and respectful roommate to join us and our two cats (One adult grey cat and a Maine coon kitten also joining us in August!).

Our current rent is: $1033 per person but will likely go up by a little bit when...
we renew the lease (last year the rent increase by a total of $50 so we do not expect anything major).

We live in a spacious three bedroom, two full bathroom apartment in the Fort Hill neighborhood. This is a quiet residential neighborhood approximately 15-20min walk from Northeastern. The apartment is also a five minute walk from Roxbury Crossing orange line stop so going into town is super easy.

We have a large bedroom (big enough for a king size bed!) opening up this august! The bedrooms are located in the basement and share a his and hers full bathroom. The room that is opening up has a medium-sized window facing the street.

Other apartment amenities included in the rent are:

—> In-unit washer/dryer combo
—> Dishwasher
—> Central AC
—> Outdoor deck
—> One parking spot included in the rent (my boyfriend and I do not have a car so this is an open space!).
—> Our landlord is super nice.

Additionally we currently split the following evenly three-ways:
—> Internet ($90 total for fast connection so $30/per person)
—> Electricity (Anywhere from 200-400/mo depending on the season)
