Hi there! My roommate Hagar (23, full-time student) and I (29, full-time student) are looking for a third female roommate. We’re on the third floor of a house in Savin Hill, just a 10-minute walk to the Red Line (Savin Hill stop). Rent is $840/month... plus around $75 for utilities (depends on the season, often less).

Some additional information:
- 3 bed/1 bath
- In-unit washer & dryer
- A cute balcony
- Free street parking (always has spots, no permit needed)
- Central heat
- You’ll need a window AC unit for the summer
