Hello! I’m subletting a single bedroom in Lightview (Columbus Ave) in a 4 bed / 2 bath format this summer, May through August. Great for students looking for summer housing or interns!

The room is on Floor 7 ith... great view of Boston and comes fully furnished with bed frame + mattress, black out blinds, closet, drawers, and a desk with chair.

The apartment has a full kitchen with bar seating, fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Roommates (3, all NEU students) are chill and clean. Location is super convenient, basically on Northeastern campus (across from ISEC), 5 min walk to Ruggles (orange line), 8 min walk to Northeastern station (green line), and also multiple bus stops nearby.
