Renovated Studio Apartment SUBLET May 1st-July 31st

Looking for a sublet for ALL OF SUMMER 1 and SOME OF SUMMER 2. Right across the street from the Northeastern green line stop (you can see it from apartment window), right next to Speare and Stetson East. The building is older and is really pretty... but was newly painted and updated recently. It is extremely quiet and the maintenance crew is extremely helpful, professional, and very kind. If there is anything wrong with the apartment, they will come day-of to fix it. The laundry room is in the basement and is always extremely clean- it is $2.00 per wash and dry and you need quarters which you can easily get from any of the banks on Huntington Ave. I am planning to leave my bed, desk, and some other furniture. There is an electric stove, new fridge/freezer, and a microwave. It's also really close to Wollaston's and Whole Foods, so very easy to get groceries. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but I have a standing unit that I will be leaving in the apartment over the summer for whoever is staying in the apartment. Wifi and electricity are the only utilities not included in rent, and they're about $60 total each month which is very manageable.
