Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to join me in my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Burlington, MA, starting September 1st (Flexible). Rent is $1100/month, utilities included, and this will be a shared lease.
The apartment is two stories, with both... bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, and the kitchen, living room, dining area, and the second bathroom downstairs. There's tons of natural light, ceiling windows, central AC/heat, in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and a back patio.

***The available bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, desk, and lamp, but I can clear it out if you have your own setup.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a peaceful view of a pond, we’re walking distance from three grocery stores, close to lots of shopping (5 mins to Burlington Mall, 8 mins to Wegmans plaza), and about 15–20 minutes from commuter rail/red line access into Boston. Free parking on site.
About me: I'm a recent grad working full-time nearby (hybrid). I’m pretty active and like to go out with friends, but I also enjoy a clean, calm space to come home to. I’m hoping to live with someone who is a young professional or grad student and values communication around guests and other house-related topics. No pets (per lease), and this is a smoke-free apartment.
