Looking for Roommate for a Large Room in Jamaica Plain Apartment

Heya folks,

I am looking for a male roommate to share a large room with me in a 3 bedroom apartment from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026. I am open to the fall semester period: 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2025 as well.

The apartment is in a very good area. Getting to campus is an easy 10-15 minutes commute using Bus 22 whose stop is a 2 minute walk away. An orange line stop is also available slightly farther away and goes straight to campus.

Franklin Park, the largest open space in Boston, is also just across the street and is a great place to go jogging, playing sports or just relaxing. Finally, crime in the area is very low and the apartments and buildings nearby are mostly populated by students and working professionals.

My flatmates and I are all Master's students of good character at Northeastern University. We all value keeping a clean and quiet living space. We all have our routines with study and work so we usually keep to ourselves. However, we also get together every now and then to help each and have fun. I am studying CS so I anticipate being on campus for most of the day on most days of the week.
