Looking for a roommate

3 current roommates are Northeastern PhD students. We are looking for one roommate.

Our house is located on Bynner St (Jamaica Plain). It is a 4 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a counter and expected appliances (fridge,... gas stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave), laundry (including dryer), central HVAC, an on-demand water heater, a garage, and a backyard. The current lease is for $4400 per month (next lease price may vary). We also pay for utilities (internet, gas, and electricity), about $50-100 per person each month.

The route 39 bus stops right by the corner (less than 40 meter walk), Green Line Heath Street station is about 5 mins walk, and Orange Line Jackson Square station is about 10 mins walk, all of them lead to campus in average 12-15 mins. Biking takes around 15 mins from home to campus.
