LOOKING FOR A FEMALE SUMMER SUBLET (MAY-AUGUST)

Looking for a female sublet to occupy a private room in a 4 bed 2 bath apartment in Allston.

Location: Kelton Street. 3 min walk to Green Line (B), 10 min walk to Whole Foods, 15 min walk to BU. Super safe neighbourhood with students and young... professionals. Close to Harvard Ave, Star Market, Starbucks, and convenience stores.

Rent: $1100 per month + around $20 utilities per person

Dates: May 1 - August 31

Details on the room: The room is currently furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, TV, storage cabinets, nightstand, desk, monitor, desk chair. Option to buy all the furniture for a discounted price. There is also a den/smaller room attached to this room (has a lockable door) which is currently used as a home office by me. The room is at the back of the apartment which is quiet and private.

Roommates: All roommates are young working professionals or grad students at BU who keep to themselves.
