This is a well-furnished and relatively new apartment, exactly the most modern and comfortable place to live in near the NEU campus. The... facilities are brand-new and reliable, and you will have everything you need to move in. Very convenient to go everywhere; walk, take the T, drive...anyway you want. Very safe, we have security and security cameras. Very easy to get deliveries; never lost a piece. Most importantly, roommates are quiet, polite, and clean. Great place to consider for a summer stay.

For the normal rent, it is $2213. I am graduating and moving out so there is a $600 rent discount for sublet. Feel free to contact me if you are interested. I can show you the details of the apartment.
