Hi everyone! I am graduating at the end of April and am looking for someone to take over my Lightview lease from May 1 - August 14, 2026 (perfect for Summer 1 & 2 dates!).
I live with three other amazing girls, and we share two bathrooms, a... kitchen, and a wonderful view of the Boston skyline (see photos). For parents who don't know, Lightview is a private student housing complex that sits adjacent to Northeastern campus. The unit comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, and chair and has many amenities, including a gym, laundry room, and study area.
I pay $2,288 in rent with all fees included. This would be a perfect living situation for a Boston-based student taking summer classes and/or going on co-op.
