LightView Apartment

I'm looking for a female preferably, sublet from May 1-August 14 (with the option to renew and stay at the apartment afterwards on the lease yourself) for this top floor LightView apartment, right on Northeastern's campus right across from ISEC!

The... apartment is very spacious with beautiful views of the city, AC/Heat + electricity at no additional cost, in-house laundry rooms, a gym, gaming room downstairs, study rooms downstairs, security and surveillance, and proximity to the T and Boston's South End. This is a 4-bed 2-bath plan, with a full kitchen, dishwasher, and living room. The apartment will come furnished.

Three out of the four girls living here are graduating and leaving at the beginning of May, so we are looking for sublets for the remainder of our leases (May 1-August 14), with the option to renew the lease and stay at LightView if you wish.

This listing is just for one bedroom in the unit, but if you have 2 people you'd also like to bring in to live with, the availability is there.
