A 2-bedroom apartment located in Roxbury off of Washington St. The apartment is on the first floor, with a lot of natural light. The apartment is newly renovated with new floors, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, new shower, and new oven.... There is also a screened-in porch for our use. There is on-street parking available. The building is a 12-minute walk to Roxbury Crossing Orange Line T stop. The rent is $2800 total ($1400 each), we are required to put down a first, last, and security deposit of the full rent (8,400/4,200 each). The move-in date would be August 1st. The apartment is in the middle of renovation, so pardon the mess in the photos! Big rooms and living space!
