January - April Sublet in Fenway

About the Space:
Location: Fenway neighborhood
Sublet period: January through April 2026 (ideally close to this timeline, but somewhat flexible with the move-in and out date)
Rent: $1,250/month (smaller of two bedrooms in the apartment)
Utilities:...
Water and heat included; internet, gas, and electricity split between us (~$50/month each)
It's unfurnished, but if you are an international student or moving to Boston I'm happy to help you find furniture/move-in.

About Me:
I'm Isaac, a 26-year-old grad student finishing my last year in speech therapy at Northeastern. I work part-time as a preschool teacher, so I'm often out during the day. I'm originally from Buffalo, NY, and speak English and Norwegian. I've lived with roommates of all genders and have always gotten along well.

What I'm Looking For:
A tidy, responsible roommate who values a clean, comfortable living space. I like to keep things neat but am definitely happy to have guests over. All are welcome—this is an LGBT+ friendly home. I'm a grad student, so it may be a better fit for another grad student or older undergrad.

Why I'm Subletting:
My brother, who I currently live with, got an internship in NYC and will be gone for these months.

Next Steps:
Happy to set up a video tour or answer any questions you have. Feel free to reach out!
