Jamaica Plain Lease Takeover

Looking for a sublet from January-September (I’ll be out by mid-December, so you can move in early for no cost)! The apartment is a 3 minute walk from Forest Hills station, right next to the green way. Preference for women.

Rent is $1300/mos, which... includes all utilities (except wifi, which is $25 per mos per person)

Free street parking is always available outside the apartment (dead-end road, so very low traffic)

Incredibly convenient to Forest Hills Orange Line stop and many buses (16, 21, all of 30-42, 50, 51)

2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment (roommate is a lovely 25 yo grad student)

Landlord is very responsive and kind

Amazingly walkable area (south/centre st, walkable to arboretum and Jamaica pond)

Willing to depart from my bedroom furniture for very little or no $$, depending what you want
