House on the front of Mission Hill

This is an extremely homey and cozy apartment; I have two male roommates so there will be others in the house. Very easy to live with they usually keep to themselves. Kitchen with stove and oven, microwave, rice cooker, fridge and freezer, air fryer... and toaster. The room being subletted is the largest out of the three with a walk-in closet, 3 windows, a TV, desk, 2 dressers (one in the closet), and full bed. The living room is very comfortable with multiple couches, a TV and full access to the TV. No noisy upstairs neighbors and the landlord is understanding and easy to work with. Porch on the outside with laundry in the basement (3$ for washer and 2$ for dryer). Mcglaughlin park right near by, plenty of people all around mission hill. Stop and shop is a 5 minute walk away along with Brigham circle and Longwood medical area MBTA stops. about a 15-20 minute walk from campus and a 10-15 minute T ride. Amazing place to live and I am truly enjoying it.
