Fall sublet in JP (Sep-Dec)

I will be on co-op this fall and am looking for someone sublet my room in my 3bd/1ba apartment from Sept 1 to Dec 31 (dates flexible). Rent is $1150/month plus ~$100-150 for utilities (gas, electric, Internet). Our apartment is a second-floor walk-up... and you will be living with a 22-year-old trans guy and a 23-year-old girl, one who works and the other who goes to grad school at BU.

We want a roommate who is friendly and clean and would be down for deep cleaning the apartment on weekends/following a chore chart. We love to cook, game, and watch movies/anime together.
