My current roommate is moving for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in a professionally managed building in downtown Boston.

The apartment features large bedrooms, natural light,... plenty of closet space, and a spacious living room/dining area. The building amenities include a gym and rooftop pool on the top floor, a well-managed package room, concierge service, and laundry on every floor.

The location is hard to beat. Situated in the heart of downtown Boston, the building offers easy access to all T lines and is within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, and shops. A Whole Foods is less than half a mile away, and both the Charles River and nearby parks are just a short walk from the building.

Rent is $2,444 per person per month, with gas and utilities paid separately.
