Braemore Condos (Sublet / Shared Housing)

The building is called the Breamore, and it consists of privately owned Condos where the
owners have middle management agencies manage the properties. The building itself is run by
a building manager, who oversees general building repairs, (painting,... laundry room fixes, salting
entryways in the winter, e.t.c.) and also acts as a security guard with an office placed in front of
the main entrance. The building is located in Kenmore Square which is a vibrant and safe area,
and is a part of the larger Fenway area. It is about a block away from a T-Line subway stop
which makes it really easy to go downtown., There's lots of restaurants and food options that
are short walks from the building, and it's about a 15min walk from the northeastern campus.
Something my mom personally loved was that there is a barbershop on the first floor of the
building, so I had no excuse to not get a haircut when my hair got unruly. There is no shortage
of places to find nature nearby, the building about 5min from the fens, 15min from the esplanade
walking trail, 20min from the Boston Commons, and has a public roofdeck where all tenants can
