i live in a 3 bed at 62 calumet on the hill, a 2 minute walk from stop & shop/walgreens and the green line, 7 minutes to the orange line, and 15 min from campus. LOVE living here it’s a super convenient location to be on the hill whether you’re in classes or co-op bc you have the option to walk OR take the T to campus/work. rent is $1400 for my room - not bad at all considering rent increases and the size of the room and the apartment. utilities are around $50 per month depending on use (which usually isn’t much). laundry is in the basement which is convenient bc we’re on floor 1 and have a back door leading there. we also have a deck and mini yard which is nice when it’s warm.

you’d be living with 2 other girls who are super sweet, neat and clean!!
