Bedroom in a 5 bedroom 3 bath apt with nice roommates ($1500, available may-august 2026)

Five bedroom apartment, 4 min walk to the green line and 20 min walk to campus. Two of us are moving out this summer and looking for sublets. The apartment is completely furnished and has a nice kitchen and three bathrooms.

The bedroom I am hoping to sublet comes with all my furniture, if you want it, including a desk, chair, and dresser. You would share a bathroom with a very clean roommate. My rent is 1500, and utilities generally are <100 a month, but we can negotiate.

My roommates are guys, and would prefer i find a guy sublet.
