Bedroom in a 2 person apartment for sublet June 1st - August 31st!

Room available in Mission Hill apartment from June 1st - Aug 30th in Boston!

Hello! I have a room available in a 2bed 1 bath apartment on Parker Hill Avenue in Boston, MA on Mission Hill. Here are the important details:

- I strongly prefer woman /... nonbinary sublet, as my roommate will be living there until the end of June (she is 23, graduated last year from Northeastern and is working in Boston- very kind and tidy!)
- Rent is $1200/month + utilities (wifi, electric, gas)
- This is a FORMER cat household. There won’t be a cat living here during the summer (leaving end of May), and the apartment will be cleaned before then, but just a heads-up if you have a severe allergy.
- Apartment is <1 minute walk from the “Mission Park” green line (E) stop and the 66 and 39 bus lines.
- Groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, gas station, and liquor stores all within a 10 minute walk
- There is no laundry/dryer in the apartment or building- but there is a coin-operated laundromat just down the street (3 mins walk) that we use
- Another sublet will be moving in during July / August, and my roommate and I will make sure that all parties are comfortable with the living situation before making any agreements. If you know somebody that you want to move in with you during that time, please let me know!!

Other apartment details:

- There is a spacious storage closet under the stairs and a spacious hallway off the kitchen for clothes, shoes, etc.
- There is a back door and front door, both with double locks (we’ve never had security issues)
- There is a really nice, spacious living room.
- First floor apartment (3 steps to get into building)
