Beautiful home with rooms to rent – great location next to Arnold Arboretum– Roslindale square (Shared Housing)

I am looking for a housemate or two to join me in a very... nice home in Roslindale right next to the Arnold Arboretum, located on a safe and friendly tree lined street. I have had college-age roommates for the past 15 years or so and 90% of them have been a total pleasure. The atmosphere here is independent and relaxed. Because of a disability I have caretakers who come and go, but do not live in. The kitchen and common rooms would be shared.
The best bet is people who are easy-going, independent, politically progressive, and enjoy life. I keep a fairly neat and organized house and ask roommates to pitch in with a few chores like taking out the trash, sweeping the kitchen floor, and keeping the upstairs bathroom clean.
Because I am disabled, I am looking for people who are available to get me an extra blanket at night or restart my computer when it gets frozen. This usually happens only 2 or 3 times a week and if it is early in the morning or late at night I pay people 10-$15 per assistance. I am basically very very independent with an amazing wheelchair and lots of assistive technology. I have a full staff of daytime and evening helpers. Paid work may also be available if you are interested in doing one of the weekend day or evening shifts as a personal care attendant.
We have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, sunny deck and backyard/Garden. Utilities (water, electricity + possibly wireless Internet) are included. Heat is an additional $50 per month from October- April.The commuter rail into Boston is a very short walk from the house, and we are walking distance to Roslindale Square where you can catch a bus for a five minute ride into Forest Hills Station (Orange line).
