The property features a large pool and sundeck, off-street parking, and an on-site laundry room for your convenience. Rent includes water, sewer, trash removal... services, assigned parking, pool maintenance and pest control services. We impose a limit of 4 people in a 2-bedroom apartment. Small pets are welcome here - limit of two pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a monthly pet fee (per pet) that is additional. We require renters insurance.

The property is in a great location in Hollywood - just steps from Federal Highway, your new apartment is a short walk to a major grocery store chain and several fast food options on Federal Highway. The location provides quick and easy access to all the events on Young Circle, the shops and restaurants on Hollywood Boulevard, the airport, and Port Everglades.
