AC Included 20 Minute Walk from Campus

This location is a 10 minute walk from the Roxbury Crossing Stop and has a very well working air conditioner in the living room already installed. It's about a 20 minute walk from campus but it's pretty much a straight shot down Parker Street. It's... pretty cool in the summer even when it's hot thanks to the air conditioner, we don't even have it on all the time even when it's super hot. Furniture is negotiable just text me and ask, I really just need someone to stay in the unit for summer 1 and summer 2. It's a recently renovated unit so it's pretty modern looking and the appliances are all relatively new, there is a laundry room in the basement that uses quarters. The room you'll be staying in has a closet and two pretty large windows and easily fits a full size bed. My roommate Kadyn is still figuring out her summer plans but she will likely be here for some part of May, along with her cat Lottie. Lottie is incredibly friendly and hypoallergenic and will be leaving along with Kadyn sometime in May.
