The studio is just steps from the beach and close to beachfront hotels and restaurants. It includes complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella, with beach volleyball courts across the street. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, with appliances and essential cookware. The living room doubles as a dining area, featuring a queen Murphy bed and space for relaxation or work.
Concierge services are available for additional local experiences such as renting a boat, engaging a chef, or booking a massage. Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay at your cost. Fines may be assessed for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
The prime location offers easy access to Miami Beach Boardwalk (0.5 miles), Collins Avenue Shopping Area (1.5 miles), South Beach (4.5 miles), and Lincoln Road Mall (5 miles). The apartment is in a protected art deco building from the 1950s, nestled between Ocean Terrace and the beach. Mid Beach offers a laid-back atmosphere with restaurants and family-owned shops. Enjoy outdoor activities like strolling along the boardwalk, playing volleyball at the beach courts, renting citi bikes nearby, spending the day on the sand, or catching sunsets.
Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM. Pets are not allowed on the premises. Packages can be left at the door as there is no front desk or doorman service. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests without approval. Subletting is not permitted. Regular pest control measures are in place to ensure a safe environment.
