6705 56th Ave S

Beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood is available for share with one other person. No couples, sorry.
Single man owns home with an extra bedroom for rent and share of the main floor. My bedroom and general living space are on the second story,...
so there is lots of space and privacy. There would only be two of us in the home and the main floor bathroom would be primarily for you.
Great kitchen and living areas, beautiful gardens and outdoor space. Near parks, easy mass transit, and a great life. I watch bald eagles and the Blue Angels from my decks.
$1400a month plus $1000 damage deposit. I have had many tenants and the total of damage deposit hold backs is $50.00. I have had tenants for multiple years without rent increases.
Requires cleanliness of common areas, housekeeper every two weeks keeps the edge off and us free to live, work, and play.
The views are amazing and light in the home is awesome. Feels like a vacation rental. ??

Available May 6, may be adjusted sooner if critical.
