My bedroom and general living space are on the second story,... so there is lots of space and privacy. There would only be two of us in the home and the main floor bathroom would be primarily for you. Great kitchen and living areas, beautiful gardens and outdoor space. Near parks, easy mass transit, and a great life. I watch bald eagles and the Blue Angels from my decks. $1400a month plus $1000 damage deposit. I have had many tenants and the total of damage deposit hold backs is $50.00. I have had tenants for multiple years without rent increases. Requires cleanliness of common areas, housekeeper every two weeks keeps the edge off and us free to live, work, and play. The views are amazing and light in the home is awesome. Feels like a vacation rental. ??
