Looking for 1-2 PEOPLE TO SIGN A LEASE for SEP 1ST MOVE IN ($1075/room)

I'm Sandy (she/they) and I'm looking to resign my lease with my roommate Finn (he/they/she) but we need two more people! We've had this lease for a minute so rent is kinda cheap... for Mission Hill

We're both recent grads; I'm doing my Master's in Env Eng'g and Finn is working in Boston!

Its a 2nd floor 4B1B in Mission Hill with:

- $1075/room
- free laundry in basement
- spacious kitchen with pantry, furnished back porch, spacious living room
- recently renovated kitchen, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances
- hardwood floors
- thermostat/radiators (apt-wide heating)
- each bedroom can fit a full-size bed and desk, each has a built-in closet
- wifi is $15/month per person, utilities can be $50-90 a month per person

Accessibility:
- 7 minute walk to Roxbury Crossing Orange Line stop
- 10-15 minute walk to Northeastern's campus
- 10 min walk to Brigham Circle Stop and Shop
- free street parking, guests never have issues
- 2nd floor apartment, no elevator, need to use stairs to get to laundry in basement

Ideal roommate:
- LGBTQ/420 friendly
- cool with smoking indoors, non-overhead lighting, hosting things frequently (but cleaning up after)
- someone tidy! we have a chore chart that we all follow!
- somewhat social! we like being friends with our roommates!
- points for creative hobbies !! we be painters, jewelers, filmmakers, etc!!
