Additional monthly costs: • $29/month resident benefit package (informational flyer attached) • $10.95/month renters insurance if proof of policy not provided, required per lease. • Water/sewer and electric are metered/based on use and you will be billed monthly from the provider All other utilities are extra. Trash is billed monthly via RUBS billing

4. Complete pet screening / no pet disclosure required (free if you have no pets).
5. Pay holding deposit (25% 1 month’s rent).
Once you complete all the 5 steps, we’ll send you a holding deposit agreement to sign electronically.
