Great place to live. Near buses and walking distance to two T stations. The home was totally gutted and rehabbed. A charming 135 year old property in Roxbury's historic "Honeysuckle Hill" neighborhood. Unit is two floors and includes five bedrooms,... two full bathrooms, a large living room, full kitchen and laundry hookup area. Unit contains forced hot air and central air conditioning. Neighborhood is very quiet. The house is on a small one-way street. You will be a three minute walk from Malcolm X Park containing public tennis courts, soccer fields, new softball field, a tot lot with a splash pad, Roxbury Youth soccer programming, basketball courts, public (state owned) pool, and more to come from a $10MM investment (exercise machines, walking path, kick ball, and permanent youth soccer field). It is a short walk to a shopping center. Home is around the corner from the historic Little-Collins House (home to Malcolm X) as well as the former home of Reverend Oliver W. Childers. No smoking allowed in unit, no pets allowed, water is tenant's responsibility.
