3819 S Angeline St
Set on a quiet stretch of S. Angeline, this Columbia City townhome offers an open-concept main floor with a cozy fireplace, stainless steel appliances, granite slab counters, and bamboo flooring throughout. The primary suite includes a walk-in closet... , and a fenced back patio gives you a private spot for morning coffee or a summer BBQ. Washer/dryer in unit, and the home is wired for cable and high-speed internet.
A few things worth knowing upfront so you can decide if it's the right fit: The third bedroom is best suited as a guest room or home office. It comfortably fits a twin or full bed with a small desk, or a large desk setup: but a queen is tight and a king won't work. It does have its own attached bathroom with a stand-up shower, which makes it a genuinely comfortable space for short-term guests.
The garage is a workshop/storage space rather than daily parking. Tenants typically park on the street, which is readily available in this neighborhood. If you've got projects, gear, or seasonal storage, the garage is a real bonus.
Columbia City itself needs little introduction: the light rail station, farmers market, restaurants on Rainier, and Seward Park are all within easy reach.
Up to 1 small dog with wt. limit of 50 lbs. or cat is accepted on a case-by-case basis after completing the pet screening. A monthly pet fee based on the Paw Score, per pet, is required. An additional refundable pet deposit may be required.
Pet screening is a required part of the application process for all applicants with or without pets/animals.
Required Resident Benefit Program for an additional $36.50 per month. Program details and benefits can be found at
