2Bed/1Bath house with in-unit laundry (1 ROOM FOR RENT) **Cats**

1st floor of a house, 2 bedrooms 1 bath with in unit washer and dryer private just for us. Landlords are a retired couple that live upstairs. We also have a dish washer and gas heating. You will have your own private bedroom and access to the shared... spaces (dining room, living room, kitchen, and storage closet). Your bedroom is NOT furnished. The rest of the house is. I have two cats and would prefer living with someone that likes cats/has experience living with cats. I also have an aquatic pet whose tank is in the living room.

15 minute walk to Jackson square T station, 5-10 minute walk to multiple bus routes (23, 28, and 44 all go near our home and Ruggles). 15 min walk to stop and shop, 10 min walk to Washington Park Mall (marshalls, dollar store, grocery store, fast food, and more).

In total expect to pay ~$1400 in bills per month. Rent is $2500 ($1250/each, payable by check or Venmo). Gas bill is set to $230 per month* ($115/each), WiFi is $75 ($38.50/each), and electric ranges based on usage but is typically $50-150 ($25-75/each). You will need to pay a $1250 security deposit (to our landlords) once you have decided you will move in, and will pay rent for the month you move in (looking for September).

I ideally would like to find a 4/20 friendly roommate :-) I am very flexible as far as furniture/moving situations go, please feel free to text me if you have any questions or concerns!!
